First things first — yes, chiropractic care is safe for babies. In fact, it’s incredibly gentle. When we adjust infants, we’re not using the same techniques you might see for adults. The pressure we use is about the same as you’d use to test the ripeness of a tomato — very light, very careful, and very precise.

Now, you might be wondering — why would a baby even need chiropractic care?
Well, think about it: Birth is a big event! Whether it’s a natural delivery or a C-section, the baby’s body goes through a lot of pressure and stretching just to enter the world. Sometimes, this process can cause tiny misalignments in the spine or tension in the muscles and joints.

These little imbalances can sometimes show up as:

• Trouble latching or breastfeeding issues
• Colic or excessive fussiness
• Sleeping difficulties
• Digestive problems like reflux or constipation
